Ruth Young-Loaeza is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NEET®SHEETS, a company dedicated to reducing injuries and improving working conditions in hospitality and healthcare environments.
Ruth founded NEET®SHEETS after recognizing a persistent and overlooked problem in the industry: the physical toll that repetitive bed-making places on frontline workers. While hotels invest heavily in guest experience, the health and safety of housekeeping teams are often treated as an afterthought, resulting in high injury rates, turnover, and operational inefficiencies.
Under Ruth’s leadership, NEET®SHEETS has developed a patented bedding system designed to significantly reduce physical strain while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Her approach combines product innovation, operational insight, and advocacy for the people who do the hardest work behind the scenes.
