Chief Operating Officer, NEET®SHEETS
Anthony Muniz is the Chief Operating Officer at NEET®SHEETS, where he oversees operations, implementation, and partner success across hospitality organizations.
Anthony began his career in hospitality in 1992, starting in housekeeping at Club Quarters in New York City, where he grew up. In 2000, he relocated to California and spent the next two decades advancing through facilities management and operations leadership roles at properties including Hilton Harbor Island, Kona Kai Resort & Spa, Legacy Resort Hotel and Spa, and Oram Hotels, where he ultimately served as Area Director of Facilities.
His career path, from housekeeper to executive, shaped his leadership philosophy. Anthony understands the physical demands of hospitality work firsthand, having spent years performing the same repetitive tasks that lead to injuries and burnout across the industry.
At NEET®SHEETS, Anthony applies his operational experience to help hotels protect their teams while improving efficiency. The NEET®SHEETS system has been shown to reduce injuries by up to 75% and cut bed-making time by 47%. For Anthony, the work is deeply personal, he is solving the same problems he lived.
